  • Act as primary admin for the Customer Office tech stack (Gainsight, Kantata, Mavenlink).
  • Own, manage, and optimize configurations, workflows, automation, integrations, and reporting.
  • Design end-to-end workflows and AI-enabled automation across the customer lifecycle.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable system solutions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services to maximize system capabilities.
  • Remote role open to Canada and USA applicants.

  • 8+ years in CX/Operations; experience with Gainsight, Kantata, Salesforce; degree required.
  • Configuring and maintaining CX platforms: workflows, automation, and reporting.
  • AI and automation experience in operational environments.
  • End-to-end lifecycle understanding and CX strategy.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving.
