• Tackle hard, ambiguous questions with rigor, owning projects end-to-end.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and engineering on process improvements.
• Establish and maintain project governance, ensuring milestones comply with standards.
• Prepare materials to present to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

• 7+ years in PM, operations, strategy, or consulting with 2+ years in HR.
• Proven ability to navigate complexity and deliver results with urgency and thoughtfulness.
• Experience cross-functional with HR, Finance, Legal, Product, Tech, and Leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to persuade diverse stakeholders.
• PM tools (Asana, Jira, Airtable) and Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies.
