Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Bodija Market, Ibadan - Oyo

Job Summary
This role is designed for:

• Corp Members who want to gain real-world experience in logistics, customer service, and branch operations.
• Corp members without an active PPA who are willing to serve productively.
• Serving Corp members with a PPA that only issues monthly clearance but does not fully engage them.

What You’ll Do

• Attend to walk-in and online customers professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Respond to enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Process, document, and prepare shipments.
• Inspect items for defects and report discrepancies.
• Provide accurate information about shipping rates, services, and timelines.
• Support daily branch operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
• A serving NYSC Corp Member posted to Ibadan or nearby axis.
• Ready to learn, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused, professional, and well-presented.
• Residence within or close to the Ibadan branch axis is an added advantage.
