We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Customer Relationship Officer
Job Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Contact clients and establishments through phone calls and physical visits.
- Confirm compliance status of establishments.
- Encourage and follow up with non-compliant establishments to ensure compliance.
- Maintain proper records of all client interactions and follow-up activities.
- Meet assigned dailytargets.
- Prepare and submit routine reports.
Work structure
- Monday to Friday
- Officers will be assigned a company vehicle and driver for official duties
- Daily operational targets must be achieved
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/BSc or equivalent
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet daily targets consistently
- Good record-keeping and reporting ability
- Prior customer service, field, or compliance experience is an added advantage.
Salary
N150,000 per month (Attractive and negotiable based on experience).
