Job Title: Real Estate Finance & Investment Analyst

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and investment appraisal for real estate projects.
• Prepare feasibility studies, financial models, and cash flow projections.
• Analyze market trends, property values, and investment risks.
• Support property acquisition, development, and portfolio management activities.
• Monitor project budgets, financial performance, and return on investment (ROI).
• Prepare investment reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.
• Liaise with financial institutions, consultants, and external stakeholders when required.
• Conduct due diligence on prospective real estate investments and partnerships.
• Assist in developing financing strategies for real estate projects.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company investment policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years relevant experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, or financial planning.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
• Good understanding of the Nigerian real estate market and investment environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Professional certification is an added advantage.
