Job Summary

• The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers at the dry cleaning shop, receiving and issuing garments, handling payments, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer requests professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely and assist them with their dry cleaning needs.
• Receive garments from customers and record details such as fabric type, stains, special instructions, and delivery dates.
• Issue receipts.
• Handle POS and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
• Inform customers about available services such as stain removal, ironing, express services,
• Notify customers when their garments are ready for pickup.
• Verify garments before releasing them to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum of OND
• Previous customer service
• Good communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of POS and CRM systems.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customers.
• Honest, reliable, and customer-focused.
