A major conglomerate, headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, with substantial assets across major Nigerian cities and an expanding portfolio in West Africa, is strengthening its Property and Real Estate business, and is inviting applications from qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Head of Sales

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and leasing strategies.
  • Lead and manage sales / leases and marketing team.
  • Drive sales, leasing and revenue growth.

Qualifications


  • BSc / HND in Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in real estate sales / leasing.

Other Requirements:

  • Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets.
  • Established network and ability to leverage a large portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negoliation skills
  • Knowledge of Nigerian real estate market.
