Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to support client acquisition, proposal development, and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and manage client relationships
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and concept notes
• Support bid and tender documentation
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Maintain sales pipeline and performance reports.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor of Arts Degree
• 2 - 3 years experience in business development, marketing, sales, or project-related roles
• Experience in project marketing and management
• Ability to work across functions and collaborate with different teams
• Strong proposal writing and communication skills
• Tech-savy with good knowledge of digital tools
• Basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools)
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
