Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Control Officer to oversee and manage inventory levels, ensure accurate record-keeping, and optimize stock management processes.
• The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy, minimizing discrepancies, and supporting overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to verify stock accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems and Excel spreadsheets.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehousing, and sales teams to ensure seamless inventory flow.
• Generate reports on inventory status, stock movements, and discrepancies for management review.
• Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• Proven experience in inventory control, stock management, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience with inventory management software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
