Description

• Develop and implement fleet management strategies to optimize vehicle utilization and operational efficiency.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of company vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, insurance, and licensing requirements.
• Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and maintenance costs to minimize operating expenses.
• Manage vehicle inspections, repairs, servicing schedules, and asset records.
• Supervise fleet personnel and ensure adherence to company policies and safe driving practices.
• Investigate accidents, coordinate repairs, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare fleet performance reports, budgets, and cost analyses.
• Liaise with vendors, workshops, insurers, and regulatory authorities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet reliability and service delivery.
