Job Summary

Erisco Foods Limited is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Microbiologist to ensure product safety, quality assurance, and compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine microbiological and chemical testing of products

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

• Monitor quality across raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods

• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation

• Perform equipment calibration and maintenance checks

• Assist with internal audits and regulatory inspections

• Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes

• Collaborate with production teams on quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Microbiology, Food Microbiology, or Food Science & Technology

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a relevant Quality Control role

• Good knowledge of food safety standards
