Job Summary
- The Supply Chain Support Officer provides operational support to the supply chain department, focusing primarily on order fulfillment, stock handling, and dispatch preparation.
- The supply chain support officer ensures that customer orders are purchased, cleaned, packed, and prepared for delivery accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase, clean, and pack customer orders accurately according to order requests.
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing incoming stock and supplies.
- Prepare and label orders for dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain organised storage areas to ensure easy access to inventory.
- Conduct routine stock checks and report low stock levels or discrepancies.
- Support loading and unloading goods during deliveries.
- Maintain basic records of stock movement and fulfilled orders.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of storage areas.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- WAEC / SSCE or OND in any relevant field.
- 1–2 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics or order fulfilment
- Ability to read and process order lists and delivery notes.
- Good physical stamina and ability to handle stock movement when required.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use internal inventory or tracking software if necessary.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order preparation.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with the wider team.
