Job Position: Supply Chain Support Officer

Job Summary

  • The Supply Chain Support Officer provides operational support to the supply chain department, focusing primarily on order fulfillment, stock handling, and dispatch preparation.
  • The supply chain support officer ensures that customer orders are purchased, cleaned, packed, and prepared for delivery accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Purchase, clean, and pack customer orders accurately according to order requests.
  • Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing incoming stock and supplies.
  • Prepare and label orders for dispatch and delivery.
  • Maintain organised storage areas to ensure easy access to inventory.
  • Conduct routine stock checks and report low stock levels or discrepancies.
  • Support loading and unloading goods during deliveries.
  • Maintain basic records of stock movement and fulfilled orders.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of storage areas.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • WAEC / SSCE or OND in any relevant field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics or order fulfilment
  • Ability to read and process order lists and delivery notes.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to handle stock movement when required.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to use internal inventory or tracking software if necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order preparation.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with the wider team.
