We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Commercial Excellence Manager

Job Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Drive commercial growth and excellence across business units
• Develop and execute strategies to improve sales performance and customer engagement
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement commercial initiatives
• Identify and drive process improvements in commercial operations
• Improve customer engagement.

Key Targets

• Achieve the allocated revenue growth for the fiscal year
• Expand the customer base
• Launch two new commercial initiatives per quarter Improve sales forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
• 5+ years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in a leadership position
• MBA added advantage.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Excellent communication and
• Leadership abilities
• Experience with data analysis and Al-driven tools.
