Job Summary
- We are seeking experienced and results-driven professionals to join our growing team and support our service delivery and customer engagement operations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling corporate customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Not more than 40 years old
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Telecom / ISP sector in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication, customer relationship, and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
