Role Overview
- As our client portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex digital and financial technology platforms for our clients.
- The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of fintech and financial infrastructure projects executed by Strivolabs.
- This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations, while coordinating closely with engineering teams, architects, and external stakeholders.
- The Technical Project Manager will act as the central coordination point between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, development progress is tracked, and project milestones are successfully achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of fintech platform and digital financial system projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and delivery milestones.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Monitor development progress and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements & Project Planning:
- Gather and document project requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear technical and functional specifications.
- Work with product and engineering teams to define deliverables and implementation plans.
- Maintain project documentation including scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Technical Coordination:
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure proper implementation of project requirements.
- Support discussions around APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
- Ensure solutions are designed for security, scalability, and reliability.
- Coordinate system integrations across fintech platforms, APIs, and financial services infrastructure.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact between client teams and internal engineering teams.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and milestone reviews.
- Manage expectations and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports on project progress, risks, and delivery timelines.
Implementation & Deployment:
- Coordinate testing, staging, and production deployments.
- Ensure solutions meet functional, performance, and security requirements.
- Support pilot launches and production rollouts.
- Ensure smooth transition from development to operational deployment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Technology Delivery roles.
- Experience delivering fintech, banking, or financial technology platforms.
- Experience managing complex software projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating engineering teams on platform-based or API-driven systems.
Technical Understanding:
Candidates should have working knowledge of:
- APIs and system integrations
- software architecture concepts
- cloud infrastructure environments
- financial systems and digital platforms
- Coding is not required, but candidates must be comfortable working closely with engineers and discussing technical implementation.
Project Management Skills:
- Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
- sprint planning and delivery coordination

Preferred Experience:
Experience working with:
- fintech companies or financial institutions
- digital lending or payments systems

Within the first six months, the Technical Project Manager will:
- Successfully deliver key fintech platform projects for Strivolabs clients.
- Establish strong collaboration between engineering teams and client stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and aligned with business requirements.
- Improve project visibility, documentation, and delivery processes across the organisation.
