Job Title: Corporate Sales / Marketing Executive

Location: Wuye, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The role involves promoting the company's products and services, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the achievement of sales and marketing targets.
  • The Corporate Sales/Marketing Executive is responsible for identifying business opportunities, acquiring new corporate clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.
  • Coordinate with customer service, operations, and fulfilment teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Prospect, engage, and acquire new corporate clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities to increase sales and market share.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly address concerns to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities using CRM systems.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents where applicable.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Job Requirements

  • Strong business acumen and customer relationship management skills.
  • Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 2–3 years' experience in corporate sales, business development, or marketing.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
