Key Responsibilities

Drive agile processes, product delivery, and project execution.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to strategic technology initiatives.
Support business units by translating requirements into IT solutions.
Provide troubleshooting, testing, and technical support.
Design, develop, and maintain banking applications and systems.
Ensure cybersecurity compliance and protect critical systems.
Manage infrastructure, networks, and cloud environments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required; master’s degree or certifications (PMP, CISSP, TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect) preferred.
Expertise in software engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, or project management.
6+ years of IT leadership or specialized technical experience.

Required Skills & Competencies:
