Billing and Operations Specialist

• Process invoices, create/manage purchase orders, and maintain daily tracking sheets
• Update weekly performance metrics and payroll records
• Oversee month-end invoicing, location updates, and inventory tracking
• Support Amazon expense reports, credit memos, and preparing estimates
• Create and manage POs and payments in QuickBooks Online
• Collaborate with Invoicing and Fulfillment teams for accurate operations

???? Requirements

• Proven experience in billing, finance operations, or related admin role
• Familiarity with invoicing systems, PO processes, and financial reconciliation
• Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO), Excel/Google Sheets, Stripe, and Amazon Business
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
