• Senior Workday Alliances leader for North Asia (ASEAN/GCR).
• Own Workday North Asia relationship across ASEAN and GCR.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
• Recruit and activate Workday ecosystem partners (SIs, VARs).
• Build joint GTM plans for Singapore, South Korea, Greater China, Hong Kong, ASEAN.
• Own Workday integrations and technical enhancements with Product/Tech.

• Based in Singapore with North Asia coverage across ASEAN and GCR.
• 7–10+ years in Workday partnerships or ecosystem roles.
• Deep understanding of Workday and partner ecosystem in ASEAN/GCR.
• Proven GTM track record driving pipeline and revenue in North Asia.
• Credible with senior stakeholders across diverse cultures.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder mgmt.
