Account Operations Support Associate

• Monitor and triage Account Operations requests for thousands of campaigns
• Serve as a cross-department resource to resolve requests
• Process incoming tickets and workflows (wire transfers, positive pay exceptions)
• Escalate complex issues to stakeholders as needed
• Aid finance staff with reconciliation of financial reports
• Support admins through account setup and record-keeping
