Area Manager Job

Victory Empowerment Centre (VEC) Microfinance Institution is a non-Governmental organization with prime objective of improving quality of living of the active poor through micro credit facilities.

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Branch Managers across assigned locations.
• Drive business growth and ensure branches meet performance targets.
• Monitor branch operations, compliance and loan portfolio quality.
• Coach and mentor Branch Managers to improve performance.
• Prepare performance reports and implement improvement strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Proven experience managing multiple teams or branches.
• Strong leadership, business development and problem-solving skills.
• Financial services or microfinance experience is an advantage.

What You Should Know

• Two (2) weeks compulsory training before deployment.
• Accommodation provided during training and available at branch locations where applicable.
• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Performance-based role
• Weekly transportation & data allowance provided.
• Frequent travel within assigned locations.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
