We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Executive (Restaurant Partnerships / Sales)

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Account Executive is responsible for driving new restaurant acquisition and revenue growth.
  • This role owns the full sales cycle—from identifying and engaging prospective restaurant partners to closing deals and ensuring a smooth handoff to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners
  • Identify and target high-quality restaurant partners (from casual to premium dining)
  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, email, and in-person visits where applicable

Sales Process Management:

  • Clearly communicate the platform’s value proposition and ROI
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting ? demo ? negotiation ? close
  • Conduct product demos tailored to restaurant needs

Closing & Revenue Growth:

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Drive new revenue through strategic partnerships
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and subscription plans

Market & Customer Insights:

  • Gather insights from prospects to inform product and pricing strategy
  • Understand the local restaurant landscape and competitive positioning
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on objections and market trends

Collaboration & Handoff:

  • Work closely with the Restaurant Success team to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Align with marketing on campaigns and lead generation efforts
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Key Requirements

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (preferably SaaS, hospitality, or marketplace platforms)
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
