We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Relations Manager

Location: Lagos

Description

  • This role ensures partners are successful on the platform, driving adoption, retention, and overall satisfaction.
  • The Customer Relations Manager is responsible for onboarding, supporting, and growing relationships with restaurant partners.

Key Responsibilities
Restaurant Onboarding:

  • Train restaurant staff on platform usage and best practices
  • Lead onboarding for new restaurant partners
  • Ensure accurate setup of menus, availability, and reservation settings

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Proactively check in to ensure partner satisfaction and success
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant partners

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance
  • Monitor restaurant performance on the platform (reservations, usage, engagement)
  • Identify underperforming accounts and implement improvement plans

Subscription & Account Management:

  • Handle billing-related inquiries in coordination with finance
  • Ensure partners are on the right plans for their needs
  • Manage subscriptions, renewals, and upgrades

Feedback & Product Improvement:

  • Advocate for partner needs internally
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the platform
  • Gather feedback from restaurant partners

Key Requirements

  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
  • Minimum of 3 years customer relations experience
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience in account management, customer success, or hospitality
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
