Job Position: Telesales Representative
Job Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Victoria Island - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Fully Onsite)
Work Schedule: 13:00 – 23:00 (1:00pm- 11:00PM)
Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Lagos. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients to promote our services, provide exceptional customer support, and address client inquiries.
- The role will involve consistent communication, meeting sales targets, and participating in training sessions to enhance sales strategies and product knowledge.
- Collaboration with team members to achieve business objectives will also be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proven experience working with international clients
- Strong American English accent and excellent communication skills
- Solid background in marketing and cold calling
- Confident, target-driven, and highly motivated
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and multitasking skills
- Good computer literacy and attention to detail
- Ability to work with numbers and maintain excellent follow-up

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
