Job Position: Assistant Branch Manager
Job Location: Lekki / Victoria Island - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Including Alternate Weekends)
Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations, drive sales, and ensure smooth day-to-day store management.
- The ideal candidate must have a strong background in supermarket/retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Branch Manager in daily store operations
- Supervise staff and ensure efficient task execution
- Monitor sales performance and stock levels
- Ensure proper merchandising and store presentation
- Handle customer complaints and escalations
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in a supermarket/retail environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of store operations and inventory control
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
