Job Overview

• This role plays a vital part in aligning product strategies with the bank's overarching mobility objectives, ensuring the delivery of impactful solutions that sustain a competitive edge and shared value in the Mobility Ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed customer experience in platform and product design.
• Translate strategy into product roadmaps and delivery phases.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for platforms and products.
• Act as interface between business, tech teams, and vendors.
• Ensure alignment with commercial, operational, and regulatory requirements.
• Translate customer journeys into features, workflows, and product design.
• Document business objectives, requirements, and success criteria.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications is highly preferred.
