UI Developer (Junior, Intermediate, Specialist, and Consultant)

Job Title: UI Developer (Junior, Intermediate, Specialist, and Consultant)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers and Developers during implementation
• Working effectively within multi?disciplinary teams (product, engineering, QA, business)
• Experience supporting functional testing and defect resolution
• Ability to follow secure coding and deployment practices
• Understanding of performance, scalability, security, and reliability considerations
• Ability to maintain technical documentation and implementation artefacts
• Experience working within governance and release processes
• Ability to follow coding and documentation standards
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment processes
• Working under defined timelines and adapting to changing priorities and demand
• Understanding of access control and secure data handling
• Understanding of root cause analysis and quality practices
• Ability to convert UI designs into functional technical solutions
• Understanding of UI principles and accessibility standards
• Ability to onboard quickly into existing systems and platforms
• Ability to support multiple delivery initiatives where required
• Experience with front-end technologies, frameworks, APIs, and integrations

Qualifications and Experience required

• 4–15+ years of relevant professional experience, depending on role level (Junior, Intermediate, Specialist, or Consultant).
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and delivery?focused mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Design, Business, or equivalent).
• Experience working in enterprise-scale digital, IT, or technology environments
• Postgraduate degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Must have completed NYSC
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery (Scrum / Kanban), and cross?functional collaboration
