Team Lead, Infra (Giger)

???? Description

• Lead a distributed team of 6-8 engineers across time zones.
• Define and drive the technical roadmap for the Giger sandbox platform.
• Mentor engineers and ensure software development best practices.
• Own architecture, onboarding, and stability of the sandbox platform.
• Manage on-call shifts and incident response for the sandbox stack.
• Collaborate with DevOps, DBA, and InfoSec to align goals.

???? Requirements

• 10+ years in professional software engineering (Node.js/JS/TS or Go/Python).
• 5+ years infra: AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps, CNCF at scale.
• 3+ years mentoring engineers; leading distributed teams across timezones.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Experience with Nats/Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Designing distributed systems for high performance and availability.
