• Establish platform observability and data quality KPIs.
• Enforce Safe-by-Design, including automated PII redaction and access controls.

???? Requirements

• Scale and manage complex data environments (Big Data, Data Warehousing, real-time streams).
• Technical fluency in vector databases (pgVector), semantic data, LangChain.
• SaaS & Platform leadership: 5–10 yrs leading analytics/observability teams.
• DXP/PaaS background in enterprise software or DXP environments.
• AI-native mindset: AI as core driver, not a feature.
• Business acumen: long-range planning, P&L, adoption, revenue impact.
