• Define and own Legal operations strategy, roadmap
• Build AI-enabled operating model for the legal dept
• Partner with Legal leadership to reduce manual work and speed access
• Translate needs into scalable systems, workflows, and tools
• Lead evaluation and adoption of AI-enabled legal tech
• Design and maintain AI workflows with Jira-based intake/reporting

???? Requirements

• 6+ years in legal operations
• Hands-on design of AI/workflows and training
• Experience with AI-enabled legal tech and automation
• Strong data literacy; metrics and dashboards
• Excellent project management and cross-functional skills
• Deep understanding of legal department operations
