• 3+ years as Backend/Software Engineer; shipped AI features.
• NodeJS or Python; clean, maintainable code; follow best practices.
• SQL and NoSQL fundamentals; PostgreSQL; ORM such as Sequelize/TypeORM.
• Shipped Claude-based AI; prompt effectively; production-ready.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; remote collaboration.
• Adheres to Deel standards for code review, testing, deployment, and ops.
