• Lead IT Engineering as player-coach, balancing hands-on work with leadership
• Own IT support performance for distributed workforce
• Own identity and SaaS lifecycle: Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian
• Manage macOS endpoint fleet via Iru/MDM; maintain secure posture
• Drive SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness; evidence collection and control testing
• Lead internal AI tooling enablement, Claude Cowork, and MCP server rollout

???? Requirements

• 7+ years IT/IT engineering with identity, endpoint, and SaaS focus
• Experience leading others, mentoring, and raising ops standards
• Hands-on with Okta or Entra/JumpCloud
• Experience managing macOS fleets with Iru, Jamf, or Kandji
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian administration
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or Zsh; automation-focused
• Knowledge of SOC 2 and ISO 27001 IT controls
• Strong written communication in a distributed, doc-heavy env
• Daily use of AI tools with workflows, scripts, or tools
