• Collaborate with teams to translate business problems into a prioritized ML product roadmap.
• Act as player-coach, provide hands-on expertise, and mentor the team.
• Establish a high-performing setup enabling rapid iteration, experimentation, and deployment.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, tooling, and infrastructure for velocity and quality.
• Monitor ML/AI landscape and promote adoption of state-of-the-art techniques.
• Recruit, manage, and develop ML Engineers; set goals and provide feedback.

???? Requirements

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Applied ML or AI, including 3+ years leading ML/DS teams.
• Proven experience defining and executing a multi-year technical vision for a large-scale ML platform.
• Deep expertise in production-grade ML/AI systems, incl. LLM orchestration, embeddings, vector stores.
• Extensive ML Ops/LLM Ops experience with evaluation metrics for AI at scale.
• Experience building cloud services on AWS, GCP, or Azure with high-volume data.
