• Lead design and delivery of the Identity Platform for KYC/AML compliance.
• Build/operate CIP, CDD, KYB, sanctions, and Red Flag rules systems.
• Drive AI-first automation to reduce manual reviews in KYC/KYB workflows.
• Mentor and grow a high-performance engineering team.
• Engage with enterprise customers and regulators to resolve identity/compliance issues.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Product, Operations and Legal on roadmap.

• 8-10+ years in engineering; 3+ years managing senior and staff engineers.
• Backend architecture focus; reliability, scalability, performance.
• Java/Spring Boot and Python; API services and ETL pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of KYC/CIP, CDD, KYB, sanctions, AML/BSA.
• Experience with identity verification vendors (Trulioo, LexisNexis, Socure) or sanctions screening.
• AI/ML mindset; strong communicator translating regulatory needs into platform changes.
