• Lead design and delivery of the Identity Platform
• Own CIP, ongoing CDD, KYB, and Red Flag rules
• Build AI-first automation for KYC/KYB decisions
• Mentor engineers; improve velocity and reliability
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Product, Legal on roadmap
• Engage with customers and regulators on complex cases

???? Requirements

• 8-10+ years in engineering, 3+ years managing senior and staff engineers
• Deep backend experience building scalable systems
• Experience with Java/Spring Boot and Python/Airflow
• AI/ML mindset to automate reviews and decisions
• Strong ownership and ability to operate in ambiguity
• Excellent communicator and cross-functional leader
