Observability Specialist

???? Description

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable observability for cloud-native environments
• Own monitoring across AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) environments
• Operate self-hosted monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Mimir, Loki, Tempo)
• Manage and optimize DataDog metrics, logs, APM, and alerts
• Automate observability infra with Terraform and Helm
• Integrate monitoring into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions a plus)

???? Requirements

• 5+ years in monitoring/observability in cloud-native environments
• Strong AWS experience; 5+ years; hands-on Kubernetes
• Solid Kubernetes monitoring: metrics, logs, traces, SLOs/SLIs
• Experience operating self-hosted monitoring stacks
• DataDog experience (metrics, logs, APM, alerts, cost)
• IaC and CI/CD automation (Terraform, Helm) and CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions a plus)
