Senior Software Engineer, Actionable Intelligence

• Design, build, and iterate on AI-powered product experiences across Rails and React.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Customer Success to find AI opportunities.
• Create frontend experiences with React, TypeScript, Vite, Storybook, Tailwind.
• Work across the stack: Rails APIs, DB-backed workflows, AI integration, prompts, evaluation, observability, and UI.
• Prototype quickly, learn from experiments, and decide what to iterate or discard.
• Review code and designs for UX, quality, performance, and maintainability.

???? Requirements

• 5+ years experience with Ruby on Rails
• 5+ years experience with ReactJS and TypeScript
• Strong HTML & CSS and ability to create dynamic UX components
• Strong understanding of OOP and PostgreSQL
• Product instincts to deliver measurable customer outcomes
• Nice-to-have: AI tooling, LLM APIs, or prompt engineering
