Solutions Engineer, Deel HR

• Showcase DeelHR value with GTM teams to deliver technical wins.
• Consult prospects to assess processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
• Own solution discovery, RFP responses, demos, and integration workshops.
• Translate requirements into solution designs and implementation recommendations.
• Partner with Product/Engineering/Operations to advocate for prospects and speed deals.
• Develop enablement assets (demos, architectures, FAQs) for the team.

???? Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant.
• Experience with a global HRIS provider is preferable.
• Understanding of the hire-to-retire HRIS workflow is essential.
• Willingness to travel ~10% of the time.
• Excellent presentation skills; multilingual a bonus.
• Entrepreneurial, positive, can-do attitude.
