• Escalate complex cases; identify themes; implement fixes.
• Build operational automations using agentic AI.
• Create playbooks and docs for routine payment questions.
• Oversee fintech partner workflows and SLAs.
• Track payments metrics and report progress against revenue.

???? Requirements

• 4+ years in SaaS operations, payments, or fintech.
• Familiar with payments economics; embedded payments/PayFac.
• Proven process builder; scalable workflows and playbooks.
• Experience managing vendor/partner workflows and SLAs.
• Comfort with spreadsheets; monitor KPIs and unit economics.
• Hands-on agentic AI workflow experience.
