Shipping Supervisor

Job Title: Shipping Supervisor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper packing and labeling of goods.
• Implement efficient shipping procedures and policies.
• Resolve shipping issues, such as delays or damaged goods, promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline the shipping process.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock for shipping needs.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Supervise daily shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Requirements

• Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of a Diploma Degree (OND).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proximity to the location (Ikeja) would be considered.
• Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
