We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Sales Consultant

Location: V.I, Lagos
Fixed-Term: Contract — 6 months (renewable for a further 6 months)
Reports To: MD / CEO

Role Overview

  • The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record of building long-term executive relationships.
  • You will be responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle, securing enterprise-level accounts, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Senior Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
  • In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to our clients, moving away from transactional selling to deliver deeply customised, high-value solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with C-suite executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage and forecast sales activities accurately using CRM tools.
  • Execute the full sales cycle — prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close high-value business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and client feedback to help refine sales strategies.
  • Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand complex client pain points and present tailored product demonstrations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and highly collaborative with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Minimum 4years of sales or consultative selling experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, pipeline management, and data-driven sales forecasting.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets and closing complex deals.
