Job Summary

• They are urgently recruiting a Senior Channel Manager to take full charge of nationwide distribution business across Nigeria.

Core Daily Responsibilities

• Full-cycle team management, performance tracking & regional market expansion
• Draft complete channel policies and supervise regional dealers
• Build & optimize national distributor & state agent network for our self-owned motorcycle brand
• Lead a sales team of 3+ staff to hit national brand sales KPIs

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science / HND or above
• Experience: Min. 5 years petrol motorcycle channel management, 2+ years team leadership
• Preferred Background: Channel experience at Bajaj, TVS, Hero, Honda & other mainstream motorcycle brands is a big plus
