Procurement Analyst (Entry Level)

Location: Ogba, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Support the procurement team with data required for planning and decision-making.
• Capture and maintain accurate procurement data and records.
• Perform other administrative and analytical duties as assigned.
• Track purchase requests, purchase orders, deliveries, and procurement activities.
• Update and maintain procurement databases and spreadsheets.
• Assist in preparing procurement dashboards and management reports.
• Analyze procurement data and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Monitor procurement performance metrics and identify trends.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of procurement records.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and data organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Accounting, or any related field.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• 0–2 years of experience in data entry, data gathering, reporting, administration, or a related analytical role (NYSC experience is acceptable).
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data while maintaining confidentiality.
