Job Summary

  • Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving financial excellence? We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Executive to support our financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide financial insights that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting.
  • Manage and update relevant and audit-ready schedules.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations while maintaining strong internal financial controls.
  • Perform ledgers review and analysis and report findings.
  • Ensure timely remittance of statutory obligations, including PAYE, VAT, WHT, Pension, NHF, and NSITF.
  • Support payroll reconciliation, audit activities, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4–6 year of experience in finance and accounting.
  • ACA, ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification (completed or in progress).
  • Experience in the logistics, transportation, technology, or a related industry is an advantage. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
