Job Position: Contact Centre Agent

Job Location: Oniru, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a customer-focused Contact Centre Agent to manage customer interactions, resolve inquiries, and deliver excellent service across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Provide accurate information on products and services
  • Resolve complaints and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet assigned service and performance targets

Requirements

  • BSc (Minimum of 2:2)
  • Maximum age: 26 years
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency.

Salary
N101,000 monthly.
