Role Summary
- The Digital Marketing Associate supports the digital marketing team in executing day-to-day marketing activities including content publishing, campaign support, and marketing operations.
- This role is designed to develop practical marketing skills while supporting lead generation and brand visibility efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Content Publishing:
- Assist in publishing content across social media platforms, the company website, and email newsletters.
Social Media Support:
- Assist with daily social media activities.
- Respond to comments and messages where appropriate.
- Monitor engagement and report trends.
Marketing Campaign Support:
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Help prepare campaign creatives and campaign materials.
- Assist with lead capture activities.
Data & Reporting Support:
- Track marketing campaign metrics.
- Assist in preparing marketing performance reports.
Research:
- Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and marketing opportunities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Consistency of content publishing
- Social media engagement growth
- Campaign support effectiveness
- Accuracy and timeliness of marketing reports.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 3 years of experience.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing
- Good writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Ability to learn quickly
