We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Digital Media Trainee

Job Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating digital content to promote the Company's programmes, shows, productions, events, and projects.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content during studio recordings, shoots, events, and other production activities.
• Assist in producing short-form videos, reels, teasers, trailers, highlights, promotional clips, and other digital content.
• Editing of videos for social media and other digital platforms.
• Assist in managing the Company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and X.
• Schedule and publish approved content according to the Company's content calendar.
• Write or assist with captions, hashtags and promotional copy for digital content.
• Provide digital media support during studio recordings, outdoor shoots, events and other production activities.
• Assist in developing digital promotional campaigns for new and existing productions.
• Research audience interests and online conversations relevant to the Company's productions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Film Production, Theatre Arts, Creative Arts, Marketing, Digital Media or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital media, content creation, social media or media production.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
