The idea to create Westcare Hospital group was conceived in 1997. This idea was brought to fruition in May 1998 when the first hospital was founded and named Ilogbo central Hospital. The hospital was named after Ilogbo town near Ajangbadi, Ojo LGA of Lagos in which the hospital was situated.

Description

• We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to support People functions including, Talent acquisition and management,Employee relations and engagement, and Compliance.
• The ideal candidate will support the organization's people strategy while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Process leave administration.
• Provide administrative support to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM) is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Package including Excel, Word etc.
