Job Description


  • Our client is seeking a HR and Administrative Manager who will be responsible for managing the company’s human resources and administrative functions to support operational efficiency and organizational growth.
  • The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policy implementation, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and exit processes.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities for technical, engineering, and administrative staff.
  • Manage employee records and ensure proper HR documentation and compliance.
  • Source and recruit qualified candidates for engineering and support roles.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, and hiring processes.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain high-performing employees.
  • Implement performance management systems and employee evaluation processes.
  • Promote a positive work environment and company culture.
  • Oversee office administration and operational support services.
  • Manage company facilities, office equipment, and administrative processes.
  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and office support services.
  • Ensure efficient workplace systems and administrative controls
  • Develop HR systems that support company growth

Person Specification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in engineering, construction, or technical service companies.
  • Proven experience managing both HR and administrative functions.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a growing organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional HR certification is seriously considered.

Monthly Net Remuneration
N250,000 - N500,000 / Month.
