About the Role

• Taxaide Global Logistics is seeking a highly experienced Workshop Management professional to lead the operations of our truck maintenance and repair facility.
• The successful candidate will oversee workshop operations, fleet maintenance, customer service, team leadership, safety compliance, cost control, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise workshop teams
• Manage workshop budgets, inventory, and operational performance.
• Ensure vehicle roadworthiness and safety compliance
• Manage truck maintenance and repair operations
• Drive third-party workshop business and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of truck diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance, and workshop administration.
• At least 7 years in a workshop leadership or management role
• Experience managing fleet maintenance and commercial workshop operations
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in truck or heavy-duty vehicle workshop operations
• HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
