We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Savings and Mobilization Officer
Job Location: Satellite Town, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Savings & Deposit Mobilisation
- Recruit and onboard new savers, contributors, and investors into approved savings and investment products.
- Mobilise daily, weekly, and monthly
- Mobilise daily, weekly, and monthly contributions from individuals, traders, cooperatives, and SMEs.
- Educate customers on available financial products and their benefits.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat savings and referrals.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure customer retention through regular follow-ups and engagement.
Field & Community Engagement:
- Conduct market visits, community outreach, and group sensitisation programs.
- Identify new savings clusters, associations, and cooperatives.
- Represent the organization at community meetings and empowerment programs
Collection & Documentation:
- Ensure all collections are properly receipted and recorded in line with company policy.
- Submit daily collection reports and documentation promptly.
- Ensure all funds are remitted to the company account without delay.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly mobilisation reports.
- Meet assigned savings mobilisation targets.
- Provide market feedback and product improvement suggestions.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
Experience
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in savings mobilisation, sales, marketing, microfinance, or cooperative services.
- Experience in grassroots or market-based financial services is an advantage.
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of savings, investment, and financial products.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
- Good record-keeping and basic digital literacy.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 per month + Commission based on Financial Targets met.
